I have qualifications in both Interior Architecture and Graphic Design and many years experience in all aspects of small business, having founded SHELF/LIFE, a home & lifestyle retail business (2009 - 2016) and Kicks Brewing, with my partner, in 2020.
My background in interior design has given me a keen sense of detail and an eye for colour and scale. Combined with my graphic design and illustration skills as well as my intimate knowledge of small business, I’m in a unique position to assist other like-minded businesses in creating authentic, engaging visual stories, and I love nothing more than seeing my clients reach their business goals and be able to celebrate success, in whatever form that may be for them.
Hi! I’m Jess, branding specialist, all-round creative person and problem solver.
I enjoy working across a range of disciplines which, to date, have included graphic design, illustration, styling and interiors work. I also enjoy painting and occasionally have a small number of works for sale. More recently, following the Covid-19 lockdowns and as we all emerged from isolation, I co-founded Creative Women’s Business, an online community that championed creative women and celebrated their successes, big and small.
I love family time with my husband and two daughters, especially if it involves being out in nature, adventuring or eating delicious food, and my current dream is an off-the-grid holiday shack in the middle of nowhere (hello, fellow introverts).
